Hello, hello, hello awh it's so great to be back with you in real life :D Well Butlins was great fun, oh my goodness did the children have the best time ever. Between all the fun rides, the beach, the penny slots and all those SWEETS! I am completely exhausted but happy and thought I would never say this but am really looking forward to eating normal fruit and vegetables !
The pictures today are taken from a set of cards made for my Mum's birthday at the end of the month using the fab Jo Dumbleton's
tutorial for the card holder. Also have you noticed the flower, I was trying to make it look a bit like a pansy. The flower is made with Stampin' Up!s butterfly punch, now the origin of who thought this brilliant idea up is unknown to me so please as the title professes please stand up and take a bow whoever you are :D
I have used for the very first time confetti white card stock from Stampin' Up! and it is gorgeous, a bit like hand made paper with very delicate flecks of petal like pieces throughout it. I have also used the baroque motifs swirl in versamark in and then covered in heat n stick powder, heated and smothered in lashings ofr dazzling diamonds glitter - ooooh it's so sparkly.
I will reveal more of the contents of the set throughout this week. Have a great day & see you soon xx
