Cockles and mussels

Ok tenuous title link time. So the theme of the card was scallops and got to thinking about my title. Hmm, scallops, in the background of my brain came floating the song cockles and mussels alive, alive ho and thought yeah that'll do, their all crustaceans sort of LOL!

This was an uber simple card really just to show off one of my birthday presents from last week. Is it wrong to love a piece of metal ? Because if it is I'm in trouble. This is a spellbinders pierceabilities die - one word, gorgeous, and I have only had a little play. The possibilities with this are going to be amazing - can't wait to have a proper go.

Have a great day & see you tomorrow xx

Supplies from Stampin Up - Stamps: Yummy, card stock: old olive, so saffron & whisper white. Ink: Old olive & so saffron, ribbon: so saffron striped grosgrain.

ooh, I love the look of the pierceabilities - I'm going to have to try these out - adds a real touch of class to an already elegant card!

Have a great weekend hun!
