The title of today's post is in honour of the conquering hero that is my son. He triumphantly won the night at his weekly rugby game. Even though I said it myself he is fast and flew past all the opposition :D
My card for today was another one of those that happened accidentally on purpose if you know what I mean. I had the luscious nouveau chic papers out from yesterday's card and also the little Christmas tree out on the table from when I was making my other cards from this week. I was leafing (ok stroking) the paper and I came across this particular pattern and it reminded me slightly of a tree. Well a bit of kraft, sage shadow and basic grey card stock later, along with some white craft ink smudged around the edges of the circle and hey presto.
Have a great weekend and thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me such wonderful comments - they really do make my day. See you on Monday xx

Really like the cards you have been making lately Emma - especially the Christmas designs. I've been away from home a lot over the past couple of months so don't get chance to comment much but your work is fabulous.
This is so pretty Emma! Yep, you're right the paper works well with the tree.
