Blackberry way

You know when you make a card when you weren't supposed to be making one, well this is one I made a few nights ago. I had put all my crafty things away ( I am such a good girl!) apart from some clear buttons when a little thought came into my mind about punching out some old text paper and placing it behind them. Well that was it , one thing led to another and hey presto my card was born and my crafty corner was back to its usual hectic self lol!

Thought you would like to see the finished conserve after our ( I say 'our' although hubbie concocted it all, I made the jar look all pretty!) jam making day. These little beauties will be handed out to grateful family members in due course.

Have a great day & see you tomorrow xx

Supplies from Stampin' Up!
Stamps: Greetings eight(page 15 mini catalogue), cheer & wishes (page 58), best yet hostess set (page 10) and yummy (sale-a-bration set).

Card stock: Basic black, very vanilla, kraft, (page 67), elegant eggplant and old olive Page 68 & 69).

Happy Thursday morning Em,
i love the black and white card and what a clever error with the button.
the decorated jar of jam is so cute - I'm off to make plum jam today [for the first time ever]

I love 'accidental' cards - they are the most fun to make (IMO). This one is great, I love how you put papers behind the clear buttons.
The jam looks great! I bet it tastes as good as it looks. I love this stamp set - such a shame they retire them!
Have a lovely day.

It's great when you suddenly get an idea like that, and love the text behind the button - very stylish!

I've just discovered BTW that I too am a member of your family (well I am Welsh) so I'll look forward to my jam arriving any day soon!!! LOL

Have a great day
