Rock you

This month's class (I had announced at the end of last one) is *gulp* scrapbooking and dear readers you will now I ain't no scrapbooker lol!  Once I had declared it so I have to admit I was a little apprehensive but secretly super excited with the challenge.  I decided to start small with a mini book made with Stampin' Up!s top note die cut from the extra thick card you find at the back of designer series paper packs and covered them in co-ordinating papers and card from the tickets and tags scrappin kit.

As you can see they are a great mix of papers and colours - I love it! and it makes the thought of journalling ( to be added later) and arranging pictures much easier for a newbie like me.

I hope you like my first toe dipping efforts and I will see you soon with the rest of the book.  Have a great day!

Supplies from Stampin' Up!
Ink: basic black, card stock: poppy parade, basic grey, whisper white, window sheets and baja breeze.  Accessories: tickets and tags scrappin kit, clip assortments, mini brads, poppy parade poly-stitched ribbon and, white bakers twine real red taffeta ribbon.  Other: dymo labelling and front cover sentiment from paper smooches.

Well I have to say that you're a lady of many paper-crafting talents - you can certainly add scrapbooking to your list! (Your li'l guy is so sweet too!)
