Here comes the sun

This is an offering I made yesterday to the sun spirit accompanied by a little dance around the patio for good weather today for the craft fayre. It has forecast some real humdingers of storms :(

Yesterday was not much better, I don't know if you can see but the photo is quite dark and the wall behind the card is wet with rain. I had to run out with my brolly to take the pic.

Have a great day & see you tomorrow xx

Supplies from Stampin' Up! - Stamps: a bit of birthday cheer and just beachy. Car stock: so saffron, whisper white, real red and tempting turquoise. Ink: yoyo yellow, versamark and so saffron. Paper: tea party designer series paper. Ribbon: real red narrow grosgrain, linen thread.
Other companies: stamp: polka Emma from CC designs, memento tuxedo black ink and copic ciao markers.

Hi Emma,
What a totally cute little card, I love it ... it's so hard to believe that we were experinencing a heatwave just a week ago and now it feels more like Spring - May be that was our Summer.
Good Luck with your Carftfair, I've got my fingers crossed that it goes ok for you.
take care and happy crafting - Julie xx

Hope you've had a great craft fayre today (I'm hoping the terrible rain we've had this afternoon didn't get as far as you!) I love the mumbles, we used to holiday at Tenby every year when I was little and would always go your way!! Your latest cards are really sweet. It's easy to start using all the dark, autumny colours when the weathers this drab so your card reminds me of the fact that it is still summer!
